All sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Incase products are found to have manufacturing defects or wrong product shipped; customers can request for return/replacement of such products not later than 3 (three) days from the date of delivery of the product. Customer needs to follow the process defined for such returns.
1) Send an email to ordersupport@www.expandastands.com, with the subject line “Seeking for return/replacement request” and attach the photos of the products received pointing the manufacturing defects or wrongly shipped products. Customer must attach the order confirmation receipt from ESPL to be eligible to claim such replacements.
2) The products shall have to be returned at the expense of customer / guest to the address mentioned below: Expanda Stand Private Limited, 192, Sothuperumbedu Village, Orakkadu Post, Sholavaram, Chennai – 600 067, Tamilnadu, India. Contact No: +91-44-26880800 Customer is expected to ship the goods back with original packing and share the shipping document number to the above email to track the shipment.
3) Only upon receipt of the goods to be replaced, ESPL shall process your return/replacement request and it may take 7 (seven) business days from the date of receipt of the original goods at the above mentioned address to ship the replacement items.
Cancellation
Expanda Stand Private Limited (ESPL) shall have the right to deny or cancel orders placed for the products listed, whether or not the order has been confirmed and user has been charged. Incase of refusal to process your order due to product obsoletion/discontinuance or stock-out by ESPL; ESPL shall refund the entire amount charged to the customer.
Customer shall be entitled to cancel an order or any product within 24hrs of order confirmation/payment confirmation. ESPL starts processing your order only after 24hrs of time to allow cooling period to our customers. ESPL shall reserve the right to accept/refuse cancellation requests from customers after 24hrs of order confirmation.
For orders cancelled within 24hrs of order confirmation, 2% cancellation fee is charged to customers as we incur transaction fee for the payment gateway. ESPL shall process refunds to the source account or payment mode which was utilized by the customer at the time of making payment. The process of refunds shall take 15 (fifteen) business days.
For order cancelled after 24hrs of order confirmation, no refund requests shall be processed. ESPL shall reserve the right to deny such requests.
